Without any big announcements, AMD has launched the latest GPU Radeon RX 6400. This entry-level GPU is said to be more powerful than the GTX 1650 and GTX 1050.
Any PC gamer with “medium pockets” probably knows how difficult it is to buy a graphics card these days. The lack of a supply chain and the soaring prices of AMD and NVIDIA GPUs have forced pocket gamers to skip the latest generation of GPUs.
Thankfully, there’s finally a breath of fresh air blowing into the GPU market. Because there are manufacturers willing to sell GPUs at pocket-friendly prices.
Call it AMD, which recently launched the latest entry-level GPU “Radeon RX 6400”. At $159, this GPU might not be able to run the latest games at 4K 120 fps with ray tracing. But at least this affordable GPU is still worth it for gamers looking to build entry-level PCs.
All about AMD Radeon RX 6400. GPU
The Radeon RX 6400 is the second GPU AMD has announced this year, after they announced the Radeon RX 6500XT GPU in January 2022 (according to rumors from last year).
The Radeon RX 6400 GPU has some of the same features as the RX 6500XT. Both share 6nm Navi 24 GPUs, but the RX 6400 isn’t quite as powerful as its RX 6500XT counterpart.
Then how is the performance of the Radeon RX 6400 when used for gaming? According to reports from Gamerant, maybe the RX 6400 will perform well when used to play games like CS:GO, Overwatch and several other legacy game titles.

Still, some issues can arise with the RX 6400, especially when integrated into an older PCIe 2.0 system. If the RX 6400 is combined with the older PCle 2.0 system, this GPU is likely to become bottlenecked.
So is the RX 6400 GPU worth buying? Perhaps the price of the RX 6400 is still relatively high for some PC gamers. But calm down first. Because the latest news that was doing the rounds recently said that the price of the RX 6400 is expected to drop quickly. The reason for this is that the price of other GPUs is also currently falling.
Yes, the solution is, if you really want to buy an AMD Radeon RX 6400 GPU but your budget is mediocre, it’s better to wait a while until the price of the GPU drops a bit. Not bad, you can save a little on your budget.
